Adobo Cheese Sandwich20 - 25 mins 5 - 10 people
A Filipino take on the classic grilled cheese!
2 cups, Leftover adobo, shredded
2 tbsp, Butter
10, Bread slices
165 g, Eden Melt Sarap, sliced
Heat leftover adobo in a pan.
Butter the bread slices and assemble sandwich by placing 2 scoops of adobo on one side of bread. Top with Eden Melt Sarap. Place another bread slice on top.
Place sandwich in a sandwich press or fry in butter in a pan until slices are toasted and cheese is melted.
