Cheesy Salted Egg Puto15 - 20 mins 5 - 10 people
Topped with salted egg and cheese, our fave puto becomes richer and creamier.
100 grams, Eden Original, sliced
100 grams, Cheez Whiz
0.5 kg, All purpose flour, sifted
14 oz, Condensed Milk
12 oz, Evaporated Milk
0.5 cup, Water
1 tsp, Baking powder
6 pcs, Salted Egg peeled/ sliced to 8
In a bowl combine flour and baking powder, mix until well incorporated.
Add in the condensed, evaporated milk, Cheez Whiz, and water. Mix well until you feel no lumps left/ smooth in texture.
Pour in a greased container, top off with slice of salted egg and Eden original.
Steam for about 10-15 minutes until mixture is cooked then transfer to plate.
