It's merienda time! Nothing beat buttery-sweet Binatog with the creamy addition of Eden cheese.
40 grams, Eden Original, grated
500 grams, White Corn, soaked in water & salt
80 grams, Coconut, grated
3 tbsp, Butter, melted
as desired, Water for boiling
0.25 cup, White sugar
Place soaked corn in water & boil until skin is peeling off.
Transfer to plate and add in butter. Mix well.
In a bowl, combine grated Eden Original and grated coconut. Mix well.
Top off corn with white sugar & cheese mixture.
