Cheddar Skillet Potatoes


The whole family will love these hot potatoes embraced in creamy Eden cheese.
4 SLICES BACON, CUT INTO 1/2 INCH PIECES
1 PIECE ONION, CHOPED
2 POUNDS POTATOES, THINLY SLICED
1 CUP KRAFT CHEDDAR, SHREDDED
6 TBSP SOUR CREAM
In a skillet, cook the bacon until crisp. Drain and set aside. Keep 3 tablespoons of bacon drippings in the pan.
Add onions to bacon drippings in the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes. Add potatoes, stir and cover. Cook on medium-low heat for 20 to 25 minutes until potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally.
Once potatoes are tender, top with Kraft Cheddar* and bacon. Cover and leave to cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Top with sour cream, serve and enjoy!
*Kraft Cheddar can be substitute with Eden Original or Eden Melt Sarap
