Fresh tuna topped with cheese is the centerpiece of Mommy Diosdada's easy recipe.
2 SMALL CANS SARDINES IN TOMATO SAUCE
2 TSP BUTTER, AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
1 LARGE ONION, THINLY SLICED
2 PINCHES DRIED OREGANO
2 PINCHES DRIED BASIL
1 TSP GARLIC, GRATED
1/4 CUP EDEN ORIGINAL, SHREDDED
Butter ramekin and crack egg into it. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour sardines with sauce on top of the egg. Sprinkle garlic, onion, oregano, basil, salt and pepper to taste. Spread cheese evenly on top.
Microwave on for 3 minutes on high heat. Serve warm and enjoy!
