Pinoy Tuna Melt10 - 15 mins 5 - 10 people
A Pinoy take on the classic tuna melt. Your kids will love this as a merienda treat or pambaon for school!
50g Eden Melt Sarap, grated
12 pcs tahong, cooked
50g bacon bits, cooked
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
15g garlic, chopped
Place half shelled mussels in a baking tray and top with garlic and Eden Meltsarap.
Place in the oven for 25-30 minutes until brown.
Transfer to a plate and garnish with parsley.
