Cheesy Lumpiang Lechon

These crisp golden rolls by Mommy Rona explode with cheesy lechon filling.

Ingredients

500G LECHON, CHOPPED  

10 PIECES LUMPIA WRAPPER  

SALT  

PEPPER  

2 GARLIC CLOVES, MINCED  

1 ONION, CHOPPED  

2 TBSP OIL  

1/2 CUP EDEN ORIGINAL, SHREDDED

Method:

In a pan, saute chopped Lechon with garlic and onion until cooked. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat.

Add Eden Cheese to Lechon and wrap in a lumpia wrapper. Repeat process.

Deep fry lumpia until golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
