The perfect treat for a hot day: an icy glass of Mais Con Hielo made creamier with cheese.
1 CAN CREAM STYLE CORN
1/2 CUP EDEN CHEESE, CUBED
1 SMALL CAN CONDENSED MILK
1 CUP SHAVED ICE
1 SMALL CAN EVAPORATED MILK
In a glass, put 2 tablespoons of cream style corn. Add diced Eden cheese and 1 tbsp condensed milk. Top the layer with shaved ice and pour 1 tbsp evaporated milk.
Repeat layering as desired.
Sprinkle with corn flakes and serve chilled.
