You can't go wrong with a classic creamy Maja Blanca made tastier with grated cheese.
EDEN CHEESE ORIGINAL, GRATED
1/2CUP GLUTTONOUS RICE, DISSOLVED
1/2 CUP CASSAVA STARCH, DISSOLVED
1/2 CUP WHITE SUGAR
2 CUPS COCONUT MILK
1 CUP MILK EVAPORATED
100G BATIK, PREPARED
In a large pan, put all liquid ingredients then add sugar. Let it simmer.
Lessen the fire when the boiling point is reached.
Add the glutinous rice and cassava starch. Mix well until cooked.
Top with latik and grated Eden Cheese Original.
