Cheesy Mushroom and Spinach Croquettas


These are not your ordinary croquettes! Level it up with spinach, mushroom, and Eden Cheese!.
50G EDEN MELTSARAP
50G SHIITAKE MUSHROOMS, CHOPPED
100G SPINACH, BLANCHED AND CHOPPED
150G POTATO, MASHED
ALL PURPOSE CREAM
1 TBSP BUTTER, MELTED
1 TBSP SALT TO TASTE
EGG
FLOUR
BREADCRUMBS
Combine Eden Cheese with all the other ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until well incorporated.
Shape potato mixture into small pillows and set aside.
Prepare standard procedure for breading: a) place the following ingredients separately: all-purpose flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs b) coat the potato pillows with the flour, dip it in egg, and roll in bread crumbs until well coated.
Heat the oil and fry the croquettes until crisp and golden in color.
Transfer to a plate.
