Cheesy Pinakbet Rice

50G EDEN ORIGINAL, DICED  

250G PORK, DICED  

15G BAGOONG  

50G AMPALAYA, SLICED  

50G OKRA  

50G EGGPLANT, SLICED  

1 CUP RICE, COOKED

Method:

Saute the garlic, onion, and pork, then add bagoong.

Put the ampalaya, okra, and eggplant, then simmer.

Mix the pinakbet and the rice, then top with diced Eden Cheese Original.
