Mommy Nancy introduces us to a local-style Pizza with cheesy lechon topping.
1 ready made pizza dough
½ red bell pepper, sliced
2 tbsp tomato sauce
2 cups Eden Melt Sarap, shredded
½ cup ground pork
3 tbsp onion, chopped
9 pcs olives, sliced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
In a pan, saute ground pork with Italian seasoning. Set aside.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly on the pizza dough and top with shredded cheese, ground pork, onion, bell pepper, and olives.
To cook the cheesy pizza, preheat the oven to 400F and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the sides of the pizza are crisp and golden brown.
