Cheesy Pork Siomai

This recipe for steamed siomai combines juicy pork filling with cheese.

Ingredients

100G EDEN MELTSARAP, DICED  

200G, GROUND PORK  

40G SPRING ONION, CHOPPED  

40G CARROTS, CHOPPED  

2 EGGS, BEATEN  

1 TSP SESAME OIL  

1 TSP LIQUID SEASONING  

SALT  

PEPPER  

MOLO WRAPPER

Method:

Place diced Eden Meltsarap in a large bowl together with all the other ingredients. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Prepare the steamer and steam the siomai for about 15-20 minutes.

*Best paired with calamansi and light soy sauce for the dip.
