Mommy Emily's Sisig Pizza is a tasty interpretation of everyone's resto fave!
1 GREEN BELL PEPPER, DICED
1 ONION, SLICED INTO RINGS
3 TBSP TOMATO SAUCE
1 READY MADE PIZZA DOUGH
350G PORK, CUBED
200G LIVER, CUBED
1 TBSP EDEN MAYO
1/2 CUP EDEN ORIGINAL, GRATED
2 TBSP CALAMANSI JUICE
Grill pork and liver until brown. Set aside.
In a bowl, prepare sisig by combining pork and liver, bell pepper, and onion rings. Pour calamansi juice and mix in Eden Mayo.
Prepare pizza by evenly spreading the tomato sauce on the pizza dough. Top with sisig and grated Eden cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350F. Serve and enjoy!
