Cheesy Sisig Tacos

Made with pork and liver, the spicy and cheesy filling in Mommy Josephine's Tacos is sure to delight.

Ingredients

1 LB GROUND PORK  

350G LIVER, CHOPPED  

1 ONION, DICED  

1 PIECE CALAMANSI  

1 RED CHILI PEPPER, CHOPPED  

2 TBSP SOY SAUCE  

SALT  

1 SMALL CAN, LIVER SPREAD  

2 TSP BUTTER  

1/2 CUP EDEN ORIGINAL, SHREDDED  

4 TACO SHELLS

Method:

In a pot, boil pork and liver until tender. Add salt to season. Once cooked, remove from the pot and fry until brown.

In a bowl, combine cooked pork and liver with onion and chili. Mix and add soy sauce and calamansi juice. In a pan, saute meat mixture in butter until crispy.

Fill taco shells with meat mixture. Top with shredded Eden cheese.
