Try this unique take on a breakfast staple that combines tapa, salted egg, and cheese on hot pandesal.
300G BEEF SIRLOIN, THINLY SLICED
1 PACK TOMATO SAUCE
1/2 CUP EDEN MELT SARAP, SHREDDED
3 SALTED EGGS, SLICED
3/4 TSP VINEGAR
1 1/4 TSP SUGAR
1 1/4 TSP SOY SAUCE
10 PANDESAL, SLICED IN HALF
In a bowl, mix vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Marinate beef in mixture for 1 hour. Once marinated, fry beef in oil until tender. Set aside.
To prepare sandwiches, spread tomato sauce on both sides of the bread. Put the tapa, salted egg, and Eden cheese on the half, then place the other half of the pandesal on top of the cheese.
Toast pandesal sandwiches for 6 minutes or until lightly toasted.
