Cheesy Tuna Rice Bowl25 - 30 mins 1 - 2 people
Add a cheesy twist to your usual tuna!
1 GREEN BELL PEPPER, DICED
1 RED BELL PEPPER, DICED
2 PIECES BAY LEAVES
1 WHOLE GARLIC, MINCED
1/4 CUP VINEGAR
1 1/2 CUP SOY SAUCE
3 TBSP OYSTER SAUCE
1 CUP WATER
3 TBSP SUGAR
In a pan, saute garlic and onion for 5 minutes. Add bell peppers and tuna. Saute for 15 minutes until the tuna is brown, then pour the oyster sauce and mix.
Add soy sauce, water, bay leaf, and pepper and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. Add vinegar and sugar, then simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
Adjust the amount of water or sugar to taste.
Top with grated Eden cheese and enjoy!
