Cheesy Tuna Fish Cakes

Make these savory and cheesy tuna patties for your next meal.

Ingredients

340G TUNA FLAKES IN WATER, DRAINED  

1 CARROT, SHREDDED  

120G STUFFING MIX  

1/2 CUP EDEN MAYO  

1/4 CUP SWEET PICKLE RELISH  

180ML WATER  

1 CUP EDEN MELTSARAP

Method:

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Grease the skillet and heat over medium heat. Scoop 1/4 cup tuna mixture into the pan. Flatten into a patty with the spatula. Cook for 5 minutes until golden brown on both sides. Repeat process.
