Creamy Buffalo Chicken Wraps30+ mins 5 - 10 people
Savor these Mexican-style wraps stuffed with chicken and cheese!
1 LB BACON, THINLY SLICED
2 TBSP BACON DRIPPINGS
2 TBSP BUTTER, MELTED
3 LBS SKINLESS, BONELESS CHICKEN BREAST, CHOPPED BITESIZED
1 CUP TOMATO, DICED
1/4 CUP BUFFALO WING SAUCE
3/4 CUP EDEN MAGIC WHIRL
1 CUP EDEN MELT SARAP, SHREDDED
In a pan, fry bacon until crispy. Drain and set aside.
In the same pan, cook the chicken until brown in 2 tbsp of bacon drippings. Cover and allow to cook until tender for around 10 minutes.
Add the buffalo sauce to the chicken and melted butter. Stir and coat the chicken. Crumble the bacon on the chicken and remove from heat.
Heat tortillas in a pan. Fill each tortilla with 1/3 cup of chicken mixture and add 1 tbsp of Eden Magic Whirl. Sprinkle tomatoes and shredded Eden Melt Sarap. Wrap tortilla and warm until cheese has melted.
