How do you reinvent a classic Chicken Adobo? Make it creamy with Eden cheese.
30G EDEN MELTSARAP, CUBED
500G CHICKEN PIECES
150G GARLIC, CHOPPED
1/4 CUP DARK SOY SAUCE
2 TBSP VINEGAR
1 TBSP BROWN SUGAR
1 TSP SALT
1 TSP PEPPER
1/2 CUP ALL-PURPOSE CREAM
3 TBSP BUTTER
Place the butter in a pot over medium heat and sauté garlic until golden in color. Set aside.
Place the chicken and cook for about 10 minutes.
Pour in dark soy sauce and vinegar and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add in cream and continue cooking.
Add Eden Meltsarap and mix until dissolved.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer to a plate and garnish with the toasted garlic.
