Creamy Summer Corn Salad


Make this refreshing salad with creamy Eden Mayo as a side for your fave main dishes.
20 OZ CANNED CORN
1 MEDIUM TOMATO, CHOPPED
2 TBSP EDEN MAYO
1/3 CUP ONION, FINELY CHOPPED
2 TBSP LIME JUICE
2 TBSP BASIL LEAVES, FINELY CHOPPED
SALT
PEPPER
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until serving.
