Crunchy Cheesy Mayo Coleslaw Burger20 - 25 mins 5 - 10 people
Creamy and crunchy coleslaw made with Eden Mayo add delicious texture and flavor to these sliders!
1/2 CUP EDEN MAYO
1 TBSP APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
1 TBSP ONION, FINELY GRATED
2 TSP SUGAR
1/2 SMALL CABBAGE, THINLY SLICED
1 SMALL CARROT, PEELED AND GRATED
5 BURGER PATTIES
2 TBSP VEGETABLE OIL
5 SESAME SEED BURGER BUNS
5 RED ONION RINGS
10 SLICES EDEN SINGLES
1 PACK POTATO CHIPS
To prepare coleslaw, whisk Eden Mayo, vinegar, onion, and sugar in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Toss in cabbage and carrots. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
In a pan, heat oil and cook burger patties for around 2 minutes on each side until brown. Add 2 tbsp of water to pan and cover for 1 minute.
Uncover the pan and top the burgers with two slices of Eden Singles. Cover the pan and cook for an additional 1 minute until cheese has melted, then remove the burgers from heat.
Assemble the burgers by layering coleslaw, onion, burger patties, and potato chips. Serve and enjoy!
