Dynamite Rolls

A merienda favorite - cheesy spicy dynamite rolls with a special Eden Mayo dip!

Ingredients

20 PIECES GREEN CHILI  

165G EDEN MELT SARAP, SLICED INTO STRIPS  

40 PIECES LUMPIA WRAPPER  

2 CUPS OIL  

1/4 CUP EDEN MAYO  

2 TBSP KETCHUP

Method:

Slice each chili lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Rinse and drain.

Place a strip of cheese in each chili. Wrap the chili in lumpia wrapper. Use a dab of water to seal the edges.

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the rolls. Drain on paper towels.

Make dip by mixing Eden Mayo with ketchup. Serve and enjoy!
