Make this Pinoy favorite even more exciting with creamy Eden cheese.

Ingredients

60G EDEN MELTSARAP, GRATED  

250G PORK, SLICED INTO SMALL PIECES  

100G CARROTS, DICED  

100G POTATO, DICED  

1 BELL PEPPER, DICED  

250G TOMATO SAUCE  

2 TBSP FISH SAUCE

Method:

Saute onion and garlic. Add the pork and cook until tender.

Add Eden Meltsarap, carrots, potato, bell pepper, and tomato sauce, then simmer.

Add fish sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.

Transfer to a plate and serve.
