Nachos with Beef Queso Melt Dip
1 pound Ground Beef
1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
4 tablespoons Butter
1/4 cup Flour
1 cup Non-Fat Milk
1 cup Eden Melt Sarap, shredded
1 cup Kraft Cheddar, shredded
1 cup Salsa
1 bag Nacho Chips
Step 1 In a pan, cook ground beef until brown. Season with chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 2 In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and whisk for 2 minutes.
Add milk and cook over low heat for 4 minutes or until thick. Add the cheese and whisk. Put salsa, meat, and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat.
Step 3 Garnish dip with cilantro and serve with nacho chips.
