Potato and Cheddar Pie


Savory beef pie is topped with creamy potatoes and rich cheese!
1 LB LEAN GROUND BEEF
1 ONION, CHOPPED
1/3 CUP BARBECUE SAUCE
2 CUPS HOT MASHED POTATOES
1 CUP KRAFT CHEDDAR, SHREDDED
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a skillet, cook the meat with onions until meat is tender. Drain and add barbecue sauce. Bring to a boil. Transfer to a baking dish.
In a bowl, mix Kraft Cheddar* and potatoes, then spread evenly over the meat in a baking dish.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.

*Kraft Cheddar can be substitute with Eden Original or Eden Melt Sarap
