Pork chops are always a crowd pleaser but you can make them tastier with Eden Cheese!
4 PCS, PORK CHOPS, CUT 1 1/2 INCHES THICK
4 CALAMANSI, JUICED
1/2 TSP SALT
1/2 TSP PEPPER
1 1/2 TBSP SOY SAUCE
1/4 CUP COOKED HAM, CHOPPED
1/2 CUP EDEN CHEESE, CUBED
1/4 CUP PINEAPPLE TIDBITS
Prepare the marinade by combining calamansi juice, salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Add the pork and let it stand for at least 30 minutes.
Make a pocket on all pork chops for the stuffings. Mix the rest of the ingredients. Put the mixture in the pork chops then wrap in aluminum foil.
Bake the pork chop in 350F for 40 minutes. Unwrap the pork chop, then cook in a pan with butter until golden brown. Serve hot.
