Delight in juicy-sweet grilled pusit filled with creamy Eden cheese.
4 LARGE PUSIT, CLEANED, INNARDS REMOVED BUT HEAD AND TENTACLES RETAINED
1 1/2 CUPS ONIONS, CHOPPED
1/4 KG TOMATOES, DICED
1 CUP EDEN ORIGINAL, DICED
1/4 TSP CORIANDER
2 TBSP OIL
Mix the onions, tomatoes, Eden cheese, coriander, salt, and pepper.
Fill each squid with the cheese filling but do not over stuff. Secure the end together, attaching the squid head with the toothpick.
Grill the squid and brush with a little oil until cooked. Serve hot.
