500G ALIMASAG, CHOPPED
350G GROUND PORK
1 ONION, CHOPPED
1 SMALL CAN LIVER SPREAD
2 SMALL RED CHILI
2 PIECES CALAMANSI
2 TBSP SOY SAUCE
2 TSP BUTTER
1/2 CUP, EDEN ORIGINAL, SHREDDED
Remove the crab meat and set aside the shells. In a pot, boil the crab meat and pork until tender.
Once the pork is cooked, fry in a pan until golden brown then set aside.
In a separate pan, saute the onion, garlic, and red chili for around 3 minutes. Add in the pork, crab meat, and liver spread. Add the calamansi, soy sauce, and butter. Saute for around 5 minutes.
Once the mixture is cooked, use as stuffing for crab shells. Top with Eden cheese and serve.
