1/2 kilogram Beef Round, cut into serving pieces
1/4 cup Vinegar
10 pieces Peppercorn, crushed
1 teaspoon Salt
2 cloves Garlic, crushed
1/4 cup Cooking Oil
1 cup Onion, sliced
1/2 cup Tomato Sauce
2 cups Beef Stock
1 cup Red & Green Bell Pepper, cut in strips
1 piece Bay Leaf (Laurel)
1/2 cup Liver Spread
1 cup Eden Original, cubed
Step 1 Marinate the beef in a mixture of vinegar, peppercorn, salt, and garlic for 2 hours.
Step 2 Fry the beef in cooking oil. Add onions and sauté until tender.
Step 3 Pour in tomato sauce and beef stock. Add red and green peppers and a bay leaf. Cover and simmer until meat is tender.
Step 4 Blend in the liver spread and Eden Cheese cubes. Cook for 5 minutes, then serve.
