INGREDIENTS:
30 grams, Eden MeltSarap grated
30 grams, Eden Original grated
200 grams, angel hair pasta cooked/ al dente
0.25 cup, olive oil
3 tbsp, garlic fresh/ chopped
2 tbsp, white cooking wine
10 grams, basil fresh/ shiffonade
5 grams, chili flakes dried
1 tbsp, parsley fresh/ chopped

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic.

2. Pour in white wine and simmer.

3. Add in angel hair pasta and mix well.

4. Add grated Eden MeltSarap and cook until well combined.

5. Toss basil leaves and chili flakes in.

6. Transfer to plate and garnish with chopped parsley and grated Eden Original.
