Eden Cheesy Tuna Fish Cakes

Try something new to make meal times more exciting! These Tuna Fish Cakes are enjoyable but so easy to make.

340g, tuna flakes in water, drained
1, carrot, shredded
120g, stuffing mix
1/2 cup, Eden Mayo
1/4 cup, sweet pickle relish
180ml, water
1 cup, Eden MeltSarap

1. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
2. Grease skillet and heat over medium heat. Scoop 1/4 cup tuna mixture into the pan. Flatten into a patty with the spatula. Cook for 5 minutes until golden brown on both sides. Repeat process.
3. Serve and enjoy!
