INGREDIENTS:
6, potatoes, chopped into cubes
1/2 cup, Eden Mayo
1-2 tsp, milk
1 tsp, mustard
1-2 tsp, sugar

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Boil potatoes until tender. Set aside and cool.
2. In a bowl, mix Eden Mayo, milk, mustard and sugar to taste. Add milk for a more liquid consistency.
3. Mix potatoes with dressing and refrigerate until serving.
