Eden Dynamite Rolls

20 pieces, green chili
165g, Eden MeltSarap, sliced into strips
40 pieces, lumpia wrapper
2 cups, oil
1/4 cup, Eden Mayo
2 tbsp, ketchup

1. Slice each chili length wise and scrape out the seeds. Rinse and drain.
2. Place a strip of cheese in each chili. Wrap the chili in lumpia wrapper. Use a dab of water to seal the edges.
3. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry. Drain on paper towels.
4. Make dip by mixing Eden Mayo with ketchup. Serve and enjoy!
