Eden Mini Ham and Cheese Pandesal

Basta “ber” months na, Christmas season na rin! Add an exciting twist to the classic Christmas breakfast – pandesal with hamon and cheese.

Ingredients:
2 tbsp, onion, minced
1 tbsp, mustard
1/2 lb, ham, chopped
20 slices, Eden Singles
1/2 cup, margarine, melted
3 cups, Eden Sandwich Spread

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 325F.
2. In a bowl, combine onion, mustard and margarine.
3. Split pandesals and spread Eden Sandwich Spread. Arrange ham and cheese slices in each pandesal to form a mini sandwich.
4. Arrange pandesal sandwiches in a baking dish. Drizzle prepared onion, mustard and margarine mixture. Bake for 20 minutes, until cheese has melted.
5. Serve warm and enjoy!
