Pancit Canton ala Eden

Celebrate Buwan ng Wika with this classic Pinoy favorite but with a special creamy twist!

2 cloves, garlic, crushed
1 pc, onion, chopped
1/4 kg, lean pork, sliced
2 tsps, salt
2 tbsp, soy sauce
1 1/2 cup, broth
1 pc, carrot, cut in strips
4 pcs, cabbage leaves, shredded
1/4 cup, Eden Cheese, grated
2 tbsp, cornstarch dispersed in 1/4 cup water
to taste, Eden Cheese slices
1 pack, pancit canton
5 pcs, chicken liver

1. Saute garlic, onion, pork, and chicken liver. Season with salt and soy sauce. Pour in broth and bring to a boil.
2. Add all vegetables and canton.
3. Thicken with cornstarch dispersed in water. Cook for 10 minutes. Top with Eden cheese slices. Serve.
